Welcome to The Art of Tastes. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) regulate the access, use and purchase of products offered through the site www.theartoftastes.com (hereinafter “Site”). By using our Site, you accept these Terms, which we invite you to read carefully.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order on the Site, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. The Art of Tastes reserves the right to modify them at any time;  such changes will be effective from the moment they are published on the Site.

3. Registration and Account

To make purchases, you can register and create a personal account, providing accurate and updated information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities performed under your account.

4. Products and Prices

On the Site we offer a selection of premium products, including vitamins, proteins, superfoods, wines, truffles and caviar. All prices are indicated in CHF and include VAT, if applicable. The Art of Tastes reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.

5. Orders and Confirmation

The order is considered accepted only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. The Art of Tastes reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason (for example, in case of unavailability of the product or payment problems).

 6. Payment Methods

We accept the main payment methods specified on the Site. All transactions are processed securely and payment details are not shared with unauthorized third parties.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We only ship to Switzerland. Information on shipping times and costs is available during the checkout process. Any delays due to force majeure (e.g. weather conditions, courier delays) are not under our control.

8. Return and Refund Policy

Consumers have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. The products must be returned intact, in their original packaging and unused. To start a return procedure, contact our customer service at the email address provided.

In the event of defective or damaged products, the user is required to report it within 48 hours of receipt, attaching any photos. Once the defect has been ascertained, a refund or replacement will be offered.

 9. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Art of Tastes guarantees that the products comply with the description on the Site. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data are processed in compliance with the regulations in force in Switzerland and according to our Privacy Policy. The data collected is used exclusively to process orders and improve our services. The data will not be transferred to third parties without the user's consent, except in cases provided for by law.

11. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute arising from the Terms or the use of the Site, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland.
