Vincenzo Malerba is a rising chef, pizza maker, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the culinary world, which have shaped his unique style and relentless passion for the culinary arts. Born into a humble and traditional family, Vincenzo experienced a childhood that taught him the value of sacrifice, perseverance, and love for simple things. The loss of his father at just 17 was a pivotal moment in his life, pushing him to grow up quickly and dedicate himself fully to building a better future for himself and his family.
Determined to make a career, Vincenzo began his journey in the restaurant industry at a very young age, earning a qualification in restaurant and bar service. However, school was not his only horizon: real learning took place in the kitchens, where he worked tirelessly to gain experience and hone his skills. His career began in his hometown, immersed in traditional cuisine, but Vincenzo always knew he wanted to go further, to explore new flavors and techniques.
The move to Rome marked another important step in his career. Here, he had the opportunity to take a pizza-making course, an experience that expanded his repertoire and allowed him to work not only in the kitchen but also in the dining room. From Rome, his hunger for knowledge and improvement led him to travel throughout Italy, and then beyond its borders, to Austria and Miami, where he continued to enrich his culinary expertise.
His return to Europe brought him to Switzerland, where he found a second home and where he still lives today. In these years, Vincenzo earned numerous diplomas, including those of Chef, Professional Chef, and Pizza Maker, as well as a Master's in Food and Beverage Management. His cuisine is the expression of a long and varied journey: a harmonious fusion of Mediterranean tradition and French refinement, enriched by innovative techniques that elevate his dishes to a gourmet level.
Besides the kitchen, about three years ago, Vincenzo decided to explore new horizons in the world of fashion and acting. After attracting the attention of several agencies, he embarked on a parallel career as a model and actor, participating in projects that showcased his image and creativity. This experience not only enriched his profile but also allowed him to develop a new passion, which he now pursues as a hobby while keeping his main focus on his culinary career.
