½ cup coconut oil (melted)

1 large egg

½ cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Using a cookie scoop, scoop balls of dough onto a baking sheet. You can also roll the dough into balls. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
