Royal Select is our caviar for connoisseurs. Like all our caviar varieties, it is processed as Malossol caviar with low salt. Royal Select is sorted twice and only the best eggs are selected for our customers. Our Royal Select caviar is characterized by:

Royal Select: Caviar from hybrid sturgeon - a breeding result from decades of experience
The hybrid sturgeon is a cross between the two varieties Acipenser Schrenckii and Huso Dauricus (Amur & Kaluga sturgeon - also known as River Beluga). This Beluga hybrid is perfect for caviar production, as the roe has a particularly fine aroma and a wide color spectrum from very light to dark brown. The aroma of the caviar of these fish is often described as the perfect combination of the creamy taste of the Beluga and the nutty, mild aftertaste of the Osietra caviar.
Species-appropriate husbandry is important to us and also a guarantee for our top-class caviar quality. Our sturgeon farm is a very extensive, natural lake landscape. They offer the animals enough space and water. The sturgeon breeding is supervised by our experienced caviar master, who has been looking after sturgeon caviar breeding facilities for more than 40 years.
Shelf life and ingredients of our Royal Select sturgeon caviar:
Our sturgeon roe is of course always impressive due to its consistent freshness. All of our sturgeon caviar varieties can be kept unopened in the refrigerator at 4 °C for at least 8 weeks. Once opened, the sturgeon roe can be kept in the refrigerator with the lid pressed down tightly for approx. 1-2 days. Please note the sticker with the current use-by date on your can.
During processing, the use of preservatives such as salt is reduced to the necessary minimum (2-3%). Our sturgeon caviar Malossol tastes like pure caviar! Detailed information on the ingredients can be found in the ingredients and nutritional values ​​section.
