This standard-quality caviar is often purchased by our private customers who want to try this flavorful caviar for the first time. Through our rigorous selection process, we offer you a very fine, flavorful black caviar. Our standard quality guarantees a beautiful dark color that shimmers in all shades of black and anthracite. Our black sturgeon roe, Royal, is characterized by:

  • Slightly soft grains with a size of about 2.5 – 2.8 mm
  • Dark color that shimmers in all shades of black and anthracite
  • Fine, spicy flavor

Our black caviar is produced with years of experience
The fish that produce this caviar are Siberian sturgeons (Acipenser Baerii). This species, which grows between 80 and 140 cm in nature and can weigh up to 60 kg, is originally native to the rivers of Siberia that flow into the Arctic Ocean, such as the Lena, Ob, or Yenisei. Through species-appropriate farming, we succeed in producing caviar of top quality from Siberian sturgeons. These fish reach a size of 50 to 80 cm and a weight of about 8–10 kg on our farm.

Shelf life and ingredients of our black caviar:
Our caviar always impresses with consistent freshness. All our sturgeon caviar varieties can be stored unopened in the refrigerator at 4 °C for at least 8 weeks. Once opened, the sturgeon roe can be kept in the refrigerator with a tightly pressed lid for about 1–2 days. Please pay attention to the label with the current expiration date on your can.
