Dense, rich ruby. Expressive on the nose, fruity and fresh. Lots of black fruit, plums, warm spice, a little cassis. Refined and elegant on the palate, with the necessary power to prove that it is not a blender despite the intensely fruity nose. Extremely balanced, accessible and harmonious.

Details
Seductive cherry and violet bouquet with a hint of chocolate, mouth-filling on the palate with soft tannins. Gentle use of wood gives it an elegant roasted aroma.
Recommendation
Enjoy it with pasta with coniglio or scaloppine al limone.
Vinification
The vinification was carried out separately in small steel tanks to take into account the respective character of the different grape varieties in the fermentation phases. The alcoholic fermentation was followed by the malolactic fermentation, again in steel. The 10-month aging took place partly in 2-4 year old barriques in third use, which had previously been filled with the Ornellaia, and partly in cement tanks to achieve a perfect balance between tannin structure and expression of the fruit.
