Tasting notes
Light yellow with greenish reflections. Notes of pears, melons, almonds and some bergamot on the nose. Elegant and full of finesse. Very fresh, floral and fruity aromas on the palate (pear and citrus fruits). A complex and fresh white wine.

Details
An elegant, complex white wine with notes of pears, melons, almonds and some bergamot. Very fresh on the palate thanks to fermentation and aging in steel tanks and with floral and fruity aromas.
Recommendation
A "terrace wine" par excellence. It also goes well with fish and vegetable starters.
Vinification
The Arneis grapes are pressed after the harvest and the must is cool fermented in stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then aged in steel tanks for four to five months.
