All caviar varieties in the gift set are Malossol caviar, prepared with low salt for pure enjoyment. Enjoy caviar freshness directly from the producer. All our sturgeon caviar varieties are shelf-stable for at least 8 weeks when unopened in the refrigerator at 4 °C. Please check the label for the current use-by date. The caviar is freshly packed upon order. Once opened, store in the refrigerator with the lid pressed down, and consume within 1-2 days.
