The set consists of 1 x 50g caviar can each of:
- Royal Premium: Mild flavor with an almond-like aftertaste, used and recommended by star chefs. 3.0 – 3.2 mm large, firm grains. Light brown to amber with a golden shimmer.
- Royal Premium Gold: With a delicate, buttery cashew aftertaste, fine and subtle in flavor. 3.0 – 3.2 mm large, firm grains. Appears golden due to its translucent membrane.
- Royal Select: Buttery and nutty flavor. 2.8 – 3.0 mm large, firm grains. Light brown to dark brown in color.

All our caviar varieties in the caviar gift set are Malossol caviar, meaning they are low in salt. Enjoy unadulterated caviar pleasure!

All our sturgeon caviar varieties are shelf-stable for at least 8 weeks when unopened and stored in the refrigerator at 4 °C. Please check the label for the current expiration date on your can. The caviar is freshly packed upon ordering! Once opened, sturgeon roe can be kept in the refrigerator for about 1-2 days with the lid pressed down firmly.
