Tasting notes
Strong straw yellow. Intense, fruity aromas: grapefruit, elderflower, pears and gooseberries. On the palate, the wine is complex, with notes of pome fruit, white flowers and fresh grass. This is accompanied by an elegant touch of exoticism. The finish is harmonious and supported by a well-supporting acid structure.

Details
Sauvignon blanc plays the main role in this juicy, fresh wine. Floral and grassy notes are followed by white-fleshed fruit, complemented by citrus and pineapple aromas. Balanced on the palate, well structured and with a balanced acidity.
Recommendation
Perfect with saltwater fish and shellfish.
Vinification
A selection of the best Sauvignon Blanc batches is used for this white wine. After the grapes have been harvested and pressed, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a maximum of 18° C. The young wine does not undergo any acid reduction. A small amount of Sémillon (fermented separately in barriques) is then added.
