Tasting notes
Rich, bright pink. Pink grapefruit, ripe peach, red berries on the nose. Seductively fruity. Fresh and juicy on the palate. Again citrus aromas, also a bit spicy. Excellently balanced acidity. Good finish with a nice aromatic persistence.

Details
A juicy summer rosé, wonderfully fresh and fruity! Made from Negroamaro, it smells of pink grapefruit, ripe peach and red berries. On the palate it shines with a piquant note and perfectly balanced acidity.
Recommendation
THE trendy rosé for the terrace, the barbecue party in general and starters such as mozzarella skewers or bruschette in particular.
Vinification
The selected grapes are picked by hand, destemmed and gently pressed. The grape must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16°C. This relatively cool fermentation temperature gives the wine fresh primary aromas. The young wine matures for a short time in stainless steel tanks, then for four months in the bottle and is then released for sale.
